We are welcoming all youth (ages 14 to 27) to take advantage of this FREE 8-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Program.

This is a Canadian Red Cross-sponsored initiative to help youth learn one of the best techniques to reduce stress and anxiety and gain the resilience to deal with any of the stressors of daily life.

The 8-week MBSR program will involve 1.5 hours of weekly lecture and meditation practice in a virtual setting.
