Although medications can be helpful for some people, modern cognitive behavioural therapies also emphasize cognitive approaches to mood stabilization. This 5-Day experiential workshop focuses on developing clinical skills for working with clients experiencing bipolar disorder to reduce mood swings and enhance recovery.
