Many psychological treatment models for bipolar disorder emphasize the need for mood stabilizing medication and focus on methods of ensuring medication adherence. Although medications can be helpful for some people, modern cognitive behavioural therapies also emphasize cognitive approaches to mood stabilization. This 5-Day experiential workshop focuses on developing clinical skills for working with clients experiencing bipolar disorder to reduce mood swings and enhance recovery.
