They compared the effectiveness of CBT delivered individually, by telephone, in a group, or by guided or unguided self-help. CBT is evidence-based and proven effective in the treatment of mental illness by examining thoughts and behaviours that are unhelpful and changing them into helpful ones.

You will learn effective CBT coping skills, feeling empowered as you take control of your recovery.

The group is developed collaboratively with people who have lived experience.
