They compared the effectiveness of CBT delivered individually, by telephone, in a group, or by guided or unguided self-help. The researchers looked at randomized clinical trials published between January 1, 1966 and 2018.

Recovery in Action - Schizophrenia or Psychosis Events
Recovery In Action is a psychoeducational and support group for adults living with schizophrenia or psychosis and are ready to make changes in their recovery by applying Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) skills. CBT is evidence-based and proven effective in the treatment of mental illness by examining thoughts and behaviours that are unhelpful and changing them into helpful ones.
You will learn effective CBT coping skills, feeling empowered as you take control of your recovery.
The group is developed collaboratively with people who have lived experience.
