An accompaniment for participants who have completed any workshops in the Youth Opioids Awareness Program. It is important to have a strong and healthy variety of coping mechanisms to process stressful events and without there may be an increase in the risk of misusing substances or using substances to cope. PEACE Psychotherapy is a growing private practice that consists of psychotherapists who are committed to providing flexible and effective therapy to adults as well as adolescents and their families, using the principles and strategies of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. We are looking for psychotherapists who are interested in taking on a part-time caseload of clients and honing their knowledge and skills in delivering DBT, with the potential to build up to a full-time caseload.
As part of a funded project, YWHO is seeking feedback from service providers working with young people (12-25) about what they think is helpful in the identification of, and early interventions for, youth with bipolar disorder (BD). It is not necessary that you have any experience working with youth with lived/living experience of BD to complete this 10-12 minute important survey.

The Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) is currently seeking applications for four new Youth Council members (ages 18-29) who have lived experience with mental illness, or who have experienced the mental health system through a family member or friend.
Members will be asked to participate in various MHCC projects in order to provide youth representation and perspectives.
