Register for this 24-week DBT skills training group designed for teens (13 - 17) who are struggling to manage intense emotions. You will be part of a safe, and shared space with other members (5-10 people) who are experiencing similar challenges. You will learn and practice skills to manage your mental health challenges or daily life stressors; you will gain better understanding of shared human experiences and gain hope and insights from others in the group.
Each group runs between 1.5 to 2 hours, the group allows for interactive discussions, support and encouragement.
