I am looking for best practices and/or processes cities and/or communities have used to identify locations for supervised consumptions services (SCS)? We have identified a general location through our needs assessment and feasibility study, but are looking at lessons learned or other processes others have used to support the identification of specific locations in their communities.
Thank you,
Stephanie Bale
