Free Mindfulness Program for Frontline Staff, Caregivers, and Healthcare Workers Events

CARE is a FREE mindfulness-based program for frontline staff, caregivers, and healthcare providers. This six-week mental health and mindfulness program is designed to help develop and sustain emotional well-being by learning coping skills and developing strategies to deal with difficult situations and feelings of isolation.

2025 Virtual Mindfulness Groups Forum topic

The virtual mindfulness programs for family caregivers and staff and leaders providing services in the disability, health care and aging communities have been booked for the 2025 series. 

These sessions offer opportunities to recharge, connect, and enhance well-being through mindfulness practices guided by expert Sue Hutton.

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) offers each of these programs with the support of the Canadian Centre for Caregiving Excellence.
